Universal Media (UM) is a leading full service media agency specializing in the planning and leasing of media space on all media platforms for some of the largest local, regional and international companies. UM Belgrade is part of the I&F Mediabrands, which employs over 200 talented professionals and operates in South East Europe. We are looking for reinforcements in the position of

 

Regional Account Manager

 

Main duties:

 

  • Building partnership with clients and the media
  • Setting up and supervising the implementation of the media strategy and analysis of the achieved campaign results
  • Successful management of the client's advertising budget
  • Successful management and education of media planners and account supervisors
  • Cooperation with new business team through presenting agency to potential clients
  • Coordination of collaboration with other client’s agencies   

 

What we expect from the candidate:

 

  • Minimum of four years of work experience in similar positions
  • MS Office (Excel, Power Point & Word), knowledge of platforms Arianna, Media Consulting, TV optimiser (Xpert or similar),  TGI
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of the media market and advertising opportunities for the client's needs
  • Knowledge of international trends in advertising in order to implement them on the local market
  • Knowledge and understanding of the client's business, marketing and needs
  • University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
