Universal Media (UM) is a leading full service media agency specializing in the planning and leasing of media space on all media platforms for some of the largest local, regional and international companies. UM Sofia is part of the I&F Mediabrands, which operates in southern Europe. We are looking for reinforcements in the position of

 

Revenue Accountant

 

Main duties:

 

  • Issuing invoices to the clients
  • Processing of internal invoices
  • Establishing close working relationship with Client Service teams, by collecting and interpreting financial data
  • Tracking documentation.
  • Administration of incoming MEDIA invoices
  • Contributes to team efforts in accomplishing various tasks.

 

What we expect from the candidate:

 

  • Up to three years of experience in accounting, including invoicing and e-banking.
  • Knowledge of media plans is a strong advantage
  • Finished Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or relevant, or currently studying to obtain one.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel models, preferably at an advanced level
  • Experience with ERP system is an asset.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Clients service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • The ability to work effectively as a team player
  • English language - full professional proficiency.
